CUSTOM ORDERS

We are always willing to try to work with you on custom orders. Whether it's as simple as changing the colors of a current item in the shop, ordering a larger quantity than available, or starting completely from scratch on a new idea, I'd love to connect with you to see if we can work together! Just send a message through the CONTACT US page and I'll get back to ASAP to discuss. When possible, we always try to use local reclaimed woods.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping is available within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Item is usually shipped within 1-2 weeks through UPS of FedEx. In stock items will be available for faster shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on the item or items purchased. Please contact me directly if you have special shipping needs and we will be happy to make arrangements.
For larger orders or if ordering more than one of an item, please contact me directly to discuss shipping costs as costs can typically be reduced for multiple items.
Orders over $500 are eligible for free shipping.

Pick Up options are available to local Sublette County residents in Pinedale, WY during normal business hours. Alternative arrangements can be made by contacting me directly.

RETURN POLICY
​
Three Tulips Woodshop is happy to accept returns if your item doesn’t meet your expectations. You can return your product for a refund to your original payment method.
Items are all handmade, physical items and will therefore only be refunded upon successful receipt of the product. The item must be in the same condition as it was originally received. Please note that all shipping costs for the return of a product will be the responsibility of the buyer. Once the item has been successfully returned, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Products that have been custom made to order by the buyer are not eligible for return

Discounted items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged

All FINAL SALES items will not be eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked.

Returned items must be in the original condition

Returned items must have no visible signs of damage or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return

Send all items back to us using UPS or FedEx services

Refund will be issued upon receipt of the item

All items MUST be returned through FedEx or UPS using the address provided. If you need to ship using USPS, you must contact our shop directly before shipping for additional instruction to ensure a successful return process.

With shipping, there is always the risk of lost or damaged items during the return process. If this is the case with your return, we will work together to find a solution.
